Use of the gullycricket.us website and related app are governed by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). By using the gullycricket.us website and/or downloading the gullycricket fantasy app you hereby agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Registration on the app and accessing the website constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, do not use the website and do not download and access the app.

Schlep Games, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company” owns the gullycricket.us website and the gullycricket fantasy app).

Fantasy sports may be illegal or restricted in your location. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that use of the website and/or app are legal in the jurisdiction to which you are subject.

These terms and conditions may be changed at any time and will make every effort to ensure that you are notified of any changes. If you do not accept these changes you may stop using the website and close your account. Continued access to the website and app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

By using this service, there is a risk of losing money which you expressly accept as your sole risk. Please carefully read these terms and make sure you agree to them before registering.

By registering on the app, depositing money and entering a contest, you are representing and warranting that:

• You are at least 21 years of age in Massachusetts and Iowa, 19 years of age in Alabama and Ontario and 18 years of age or older in all other locations.
• You are a US or Canadaian citizen or resident.
• You have a US or Canadian address.
• When using the service you are physically in a location where this service is legal.
• You are not an employee or operator of any daily fantasy sports site.
• You are not an athlete, coach or in the employ in any capacity of a team of the sport or sports with which the contests you play are associated.

The Company reserves the rights to suspend and delete accounts if players do not comply with these regulations or if players use accounts for fraudulent purposes (such as opening an account for someone else).

In order to play, you must create an account by registering. Each individual is allowed to register and create only one account. By registering you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, to the use of electronic communications methods and the use of electronic signatures. In order to fund your account by debit or credit card, you will be required to provide personal information including your full name, postal address, date of birth which we will verify before enabling your account.

To ensure that only the legitimate account owner has access to the app and is able to deposit and withdraw funds, users are required to log off the app every time they stop using the app. If users do not log off the app, anyone with access to their phone may be able to deposit and withdraw funds to/from their GullyCricket account.

The maximum deposit allowed into accounts is US $1000.00 in any 25 hour period. You may withdraw funds from your account at any time. It may take up to 5 business days to process withdrawal requests.

Once you have joined a game, we reserve the right to deny requests to withdraw from it. In addition, we reserve the right to suspend contests at any time. Entry fees will be returned to the relevant accounts.

Gullycricket is a game of skill. Users win based on their knowledge of relevant sports, teams and individual players to accumulate points. Points are generated based on the performance of real players in actual sporting events.

The Company holds all copyright and other intellectual property rights with respect to the gullycricket.us website, trademarks, brand, logo and the gullycricket fantasy app.

The Company is not liable to players for any damages whether they be direct or indirect for any reason. Total liability of the Company for any reason shall not exceed $1000.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Massachusetts.

You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, there shall be no third party beneficiaries to the Terms.

Free Cash given to users upon signup is subject to being removed from the users account if that user does not use the free funds within 90 days.

Account Inactivity Fee

Any Account that has not entered a fantasy contest, placed a bet, or played a casino game in a 13 month period will be considered inactive.

Inactive accounts will incur a fee of $4.99 a month on any unutilized and/or winnings balance remaining in the account.

Deposit Bonus and Expiration

All deposit bonuses are given as a mix of “Unutilized Cash” and “Bonus Cash”. All Unutilized cash is available for use in fantasy contests, sports bets, or casinos, immediately, whereas bonus cash can only be used to pay for fantasy contest entry fees for a maximum of 5% of the entry fee.

All Bonus Cash expires after 90 days of it being awarded.
